INGREDIENTS:

1 Energy Blendie

1 apple

1 ½ tablespoons natural crunchy peanut butter

¼ teaspoon sea salt
-
1 cup almond milk
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth.
NOTES:
High in protein, so it's perfect to keep hunger at bay.
