BANOFFEE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 Protein Blendie
-
1 Banana
-
¼ Avocado
-
1 cup Almond Milk
FOR GARNISHING:
-
1 teaspoon Almond Meal
-
1 teaspoon Manuka Honey (optional)
EQUIPMENT:
-
blender
METHOD:

Blend together the Blendie, ¾ of the banana, apple and the milk until smooth.

Pour into a glass and top with extra banana and sprinkle over the almond meal. If using, drizzle over the Manuka honey.
NOTES:
Banoffee is traditionally a banana, cream and toffee/caramel flavoured dessert – often a cream pie type thing. Creamy and chocolatey plus some almond meal to emulate the pie crust and Manuka honey as a caramel
