ENERGY CHAI

INGREDIENTS:

1 banana, frozen + extra unfrozen banana to serve

1 Energy Blendie
-
¼ cup almond milk
-
1 tbs rolled oats
-
1 tbs chai tea
EQUIPMENT:

blender
METHOD:
-
Steep the chai in 1 tbs hot water for 5 minutes. Strain, discard the tea leaves and combine in a blender with the remaining ingredients. Pulse on low until smooth and creamy.

Sprinkle with cinnamon and garnish with banana and enjoy!
