What is the frequency of my delivery?
Your first full sized order will be delivered 10 days after your first purchase. Any subsequent order after that will be determined during checkout, where you can opt to receive a delivery every 4, 6 or 8 weeks.

Why do I have to pay shipping?
We’d love to offer free shipping for everyone, but unfortunately as a small company who’s still trying to make things work, we’re unable to cover shipping costs at this point in time. But on the bright side, the muesli and granola is free ;)

Can I change my products?
Yes you can! After you purchase your free trial, you’ll be sent an email prompting you how to create an online Hummingbird account to manage your subscription, or alternatively you can create one here. From there, you can log in and change the products you’ll receive!
