INGREDIENTS:

1 Energy Blendie

1 apricot
-
½ cup mango
-
1 cup milk/almond milk
TOPPINGS:

Pepitas
EQUIPMENT:

Blender
METHOD:

Combine the ingredients in a blender and blitz on low until smooth. Decorate with pepitas and enjoy
NOTES:

Carotenoids, antioxidants found in fruits and vegetables which are red and orange in colour have been found to have positive effects in reducing the effects of oxidation on aging skin.

They are also great to improve immune health which will lead to healthy glowing skin
TIPS:

Use frozen mango or add ice for a chilled smoothie

Add avocado for a boost of essential fatty acids
