INGREDIENTS:

1 Energy Blendie

1 pear
-
2 tbs rolled oats
-
3-4 brazil nuts
-
1 cup vanilla almond milk
EQUIPMENT:

Blender
METHOD:

Blend together the Blendie, pear, oats, brazil nuts and almond milk on the lowest setting until combined.

Serve in a bowl and top with extra oats, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.
FOR GARNISHING:
-
Cinnamon
-
Honey
NOTES:
-
Add more almond milk to make it more of a liquid smoothie. Ripe pears are sweeter.
