INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Energy Blendie

  • 1 pear

  • 2 tbs rolled oats

  • 3-4 brazil nuts

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Blend together the Blendie, pear, oats, brazil nuts and almond milk on the lowest setting until combined.

  2. Serve in a bowl and top with extra oats, cinnamon and a drizzle of honey.

FOR GARNISHING:

  • Cinnamon

  • Honey

NOTES:

  • Add more almond milk to make it more of a liquid smoothie. Ripe pears are sweeter.
