BLOOD ORANGE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

1 Energy Blendie

1 blood orange, peeled

1 cup vanilla almond milk

1 tbs chia seeds
EQUIPMENT:

Blender
METHOD:

Blend together the Blendie, orange, almond milk and half of the chia seeds until smooth. Sprinkle with the remaining chia seeds and enjoy.
NOTES:

Blood oranges are in season at the moment mid-late winter.
