BLOOD ORANGE SMOOTHIE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 Energy Blendie

  • 1 blood orange, peeled

  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk

  • 1 tbs chia seeds

EQUIPMENT:

  • Blender

METHOD:

  1. Blend together the Blendie, orange, almond milk and half of the chia seeds until smooth. Sprinkle with the remaining chia seeds and enjoy.

NOTES:

  1. Blood oranges are in season at the moment mid-late winter.
